Why Yoga for Kids (4-11)?
If you have gotten this far, you probably already have some idea or want to know more regarding how incorporating yoga and mindfulness into your child's routine can benefit them throughout their primary school years. Yoga for children can offer a range of benefits that enhance both physical and mental well-being. By introducing and embedding yoga skills into their routines, children have the potential to improve their focus, reduce stress, and develop better emotional regulation. Additionally, yoga promotes physical fitness, flexibility, and coordination, contributing to overall health. This holistic approach not only supports wellbeing, but also academic performance; whilst a positive awareness of self that can assist them in helping them thrive.
